Global House provides integrated facility management and maintenance solutions by providing a Facilities Manager to undertake the overall responsibility of Building Maintenance, Repairs, Cleaning and Security. The manager will be based on site during working hours and available for ‘Out- Of – Hours’ for emergencies which cannot be dealt with by staff on duty. Our contract terms are 12 months and our fees are very competitive and can be discussed to meet both your budget and our restraints. As with all of our services, we can adapt all of our services to your requirements.
